Saana, the iconic landmark of Kilpisjärvi, and the surrounding mountaineous landscapes shared by the three countries – Finland, Norway and Sweden. The guests of Saivaara Cottages enjoy easy access to the village services and proximity to hiking paths, snowmobile trails and cross-country ski tracks.

The four Saivaara Cottages in the village are identical in design, with one bedroom for 2 persons, a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace and an open kitchen, all of these on the ground floor. The cottage amenities naturally include a private sauna and bathroom with shower and toilet facilities. Upstairs there’s a roomy open loft with 4 beds, providing additional space so that the cottage sleeps a total of 6 persons. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances for a self-catering holiday.
A shared ”Kota” hut outdoors is at the free disposal of all guests, firewood included. The Kota invites you to relax and live like locals, preparing food and enjoying evenings in good company around an open fire.

The price includes one night's cottage rental for 1 - 2 persons, departure day basic cleaning and Value Tax. Each additional person (max 4) is charged € 10 / night. Check-in time is 16h00 (4 PM) and check-out time is 12h00 (12 Noon)
The price does not include bed & bath linen or breakfast.
